How does Aromatherapy work?
Aromatherapy uses our sense of smell to create changes in our bodies and outlook. Scents can affect our moods instantly, and go directly to the more primitive part of the brain, which is why they can be so powerful. Certain oils are not considered safe and they are recommended only for use of each individual as any blend you get from a professional will be blended especially for you.
