Varicose veins

Varicose veins
Why do we get it?
The baby puts a lot of pressure on the middle part of your body (not to mention your purse strings, particulalrly around the teenage age!). Sometimes veins carry LOAD of blood and this is when you get a thread vein or varicose vein. It might be on your legs, next to your groin or in your calf muscles. They can be very uncomfortable, but if you can take some time out to relax and bring your blood pressure down a bit you may find some relief.
