Endometriosis
You may have just discovered that the reason you’re having difficulty getting pregnant is due to endometriosis, a condition that occurs during your monthly cycle. If a pregnancy does not occur, the lining and egg are carried away via your period. With endometriosis, some abnormal cells that masquerade as cells that line the uterus grow in other areas like the fallopian tubes, bladder, bowels, ovaries and surrounding organs around the uterus.
You may experience;
- Very painful menstrual cramps
- Pain with periods that gets worse over time
- Chronic pain in the lower back and pelvis
- Pain during or after sex
- Intestinal pain
- Painful bowel movements or painful urination during menstrual periods
- Heavy and/or long menstrual periods
- Spotting or bleeding between periods
- Fatigue
One of the better cures for endometriosis is pregnancy, but obviously that is proving difficult or else you may not have found out about the condition in the first place.
