The Maternity Network is made up of a small group of local therapists, teachers and professionals and we make up the Thames Valley Pregnancy Specialists.
Based in and around the Thames Valley including Bucks and Berkshire, we band together to offer you information that provide you with choices regarding your antenatal care, birth and your baby.
You will be told what tests and monitoring you must have and what birth or labour to expect, however as parents and professionals we know there are more choices and want to support you to find the answers here in our website.
The newsletter offers information, guides and what benefits you might gain from our services so please enter your email address if you're interested.
We have a Face Book page you can post questions or ask for information. Search for The Maternity Network in Pages.
We provide a small guide to local services which includes our contact details and informationy ou may find interesting, espcially if you're having your first baby as it takes a while to find out where your local groups, treatments and baby classes are! To recieve a Guide just email your name and adress to Louise@thematernitynetwork.co.uk. Your postal address will not be used for anything else and will not be passed to external parties.
Although we give non-medical support, we do refer to your health provider when it is necessary. Therapists are trained in physiology and anatomy and pregnancy, birth and postnatal conditions and only give treatments within our qualifications. If medical support is needed or should be informed, we do refer clients to their appropriate healthcare provider.
